Our annual Open Enrollment for benefit elections will be October 27 - November 7, 2025. Please take this opportunity to make changes or review your benefit options for 2026. This year will be a passive enrollment process. All benefits-eligible

Medical Insurance
- UnitedHealthcare continues to be our medical provider for 2026. You are still offered four plan options. You may review the Summary of Benefits & Coverage here: Core, Basic, Plus, and HDHP.
- Loyola continues to offer a tiered Ochsner network for the Core, Basic, and Plus plan options. This network offers enhanced benefits for select services when you use an in-network Ochsner provider. See the Benefits Guide for more details.

- LIG Solutions flyer: LIG Solutions is a Gallagher Benefits Services partner. LIG is available to you for understanding what options you have for Medical insurance, including considering options outside of Loyola's offered plans (i.e. Marketplace options).
- Family Glitch Flyer: This flyer summarizes what is known as the Family Glitch and how you can determine if your dependents (spouse and/or children) are eligible for a Marketplace subsidy. Please take a moment to review this flyer and the examples provided for determining your family's eligibility. This information will also be covered during the 2024 Open Enrollment presentations.
Prescription Drug Coverage
Our Prescription drug coverage Pharamcy Benefit Manager will change from MedImpact to Express Scripts (ESI) 1/1/2026.
Dental Insurance
Loyola will continue to offer 3 dental plan options: 2 DPPO plans and 1 DHMO plan. Premiums will slightly increase in 2026. Plan details are outlined in your 2026 benefits guide.
Cigna dental ID cards are digital only. Cards may be accessed through mycigna.com or the myCigna mobile app.

Vision Insurance
The vision coverage provider will continue to be UNUM in 2026. Premium and plan design will remain the same for 2026.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Don’t forget you must re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) every year. If you wish to participate in a flexible spending account for 2026, you must enroll on LORA Self Service by November 7, 2025. With an FSA you can set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for out-of-pocket healthcare and dependent care expenses.
For 2026, the maximum contribution limit for a Health Care FSA is $3,400 and the maxium Dependent Care FSA is $7,500. FSA plans will be administered by Associated Bank starting in 2026.
Life Insurance
The Lincoln Financial life and LTD coverage premiums will remain the same for 2025.
The Voluntary Life Insurance and Voluntary Spouse Life Insurance increments offered are changing from 1, 2 or 3 times salary, to $10,000 increments for Voluntary Life and $5,000 increments for Voluntary Spouse Life. See more details in the Benefits Guide.
Critical Illness, Accident and Hospital Indemnity Coverages
Lincoln Financial will continue to be our provider for Voluntary Benefits (Critical Illness, Accident and Hospital Indemnity) in 2026.
The coverage amounts available for Critical Illness for Employee only coverage are: $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and $30,000. The Spouse coverage amounts are: $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and $30,000. Coverage for a spouse may be up to 100% of the Employee coverage.
Health Care Reform requires employees to be provided with standard Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) information so that you may be better able to compare Loyola's plans to other medical plans. A link to the Core, Basic and Plus Medical Plan SBC's can be found on the Benefits Summary Plan Descriptions webpage. This information may make it easier for you to compare our plan to a spouse's employer plan or other coverage, so you can make the best benefits decision for you and your family.
