Bio

Mike joined Loyola as Resident Technician in January of 2011. Mike has worked with computers and computer support for a number of years in a variety of positions, including retail, help desk, and administrative roles.  As Resident Technician, Mike will be backing up the Help Desk, serving walk-ins, preparing quotes for equipment purchases, and updating web content for the IT website.  Prior to joining Loyola, Mike worked as a contractor with the US Navy as a Systems Administrator.
