Student Services
The Bursar’s Office assists students and parents with a number of financial transactions. Services include analyzing tuition accounts, processing outside scholarships and loan checks, and applying payments to tuition accounts by cash, check, and e-Check. The office also accepts deposits for the Loyola Express Debit Card account and answers any questions pertaining to the account.
Tuition payments and Express Debit Card deposits can be made in the Bursar's Office, Thomas Hall, room 206.

The Fiscal Year 2022/2023 document explains the updated policies and procedures and is published to ensure the University community's understanding of the purchasing process. It will guide the user to the correct procedures and assist in expediting departmental purchasing.
Post-Issuance Tax-Exempt Bond Compliance
The Post-Issuance Tax-exempt Bond Compliance policy sets forth the University’s methodology for ensuring continued post-issuance compliance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requirements pertaining to tax-exempt bonds (TEBs). This policy only applies to Loyola University facilities that are tax-exempt financed.
