 Off-Campus Sexual Battery

DATE & TIME OF OCCURRENCE: Friday 2/23/18 10:30 am

LOCATION:  (1) 1000 Block of Broadway

                        (2) 1200 Block of Broadway                                                                  

 REPORTED OFFENSES: On Friday 2/23/18 TUPD officers responded to two separate reports of sexual battery having occurred on Broadway St. between the 1000 and 1200 blocks.  Both victims reported walking along Broadway when an unknown male riding a bicycle approached from behind and grabbed their buttocks.  In both instances the victim fled on his bicycle northbound on Broadway.

TUPD and NOPD officers are investigating and conducting follow-up steps regarding these incidents.

SUSPECTS’ DESCRIPTIONS: The subject is described as a black male, wearing a blue and white striped shirt riding a blue colored bicycle.
